Returns and refunds
We will gladly send replacements should items become damaged in transit, or we accidently send you the incorrect item(s). You may need to send verification to us so we may keep a record. Cost for shipping is our responsibility.
Should you make a mistake with an order and order the wrong item, we will accept the item back if the bubble wrapped bag containing the item has not been opened or damaged, nor has the bottle, nor the cap removed. The cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
But above all, if there are issues, please reach out to us and we will assist you where we can.
